Katriina Anttila is the Chief Growth Officer at Good Ventures.

She has worked with Finnish companies for 15 years, focusing on growth, innovation, and internationalization, with the last 10 years dedicated to sustainable growth in responsible companies or those aspiring to be. She gained her framework for international business from the Helsinki School of Economics, and 10 years at Trainers' House Oyj taught her nearly everything about change management. Five years as the CEO of Kasvuryhmä, along with a couple of years on Gaia's board, deepened her experience in sustainable growth. Currently, she works at Good Ventures, an experienced team that helps companies identify growth opportunities in the green transition and seize them to ensure future growth is sustainable.

What ignites her passion in her work is the belief that the world can only be saved if it's good business. Currently, the best solution to this equation lies in circular economy business models. Exploring and applying these models with companies is incredibly rewarding for her. Throughout her career, she has also carried the idea of impact with her, striving to understand the cause-and-effect relationships and choices that create the greatest positive impact on people, the environment, and business.
